Pharmacy Weight Loss Coldstream is a General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registered online pharmacy operating under registration number 9012511. We provide online consultations and weight loss treatments to patients in Coldstream and the surrounding area in the United Kingdom. Our services are delivered in accordance with GPhC standards and UK pharmaceutical law.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, reside in the United Kingdom, and be an appropriate candidate for weight loss treatment as assessed by our pharmacist or prescriber. You must complete our online consultation honestly and accurately. We reserve the right to decline service to any individual where treatment would be clinically inappropriate or unsafe. Our services are not available to women who are pregnant or breastfeeding unless otherwise indicated by a qualified prescriber.
All consultations are conducted online and reviewed by a qualified, GPhC-registered pharmacist or an authorised prescriber. Submission of a consultation does not guarantee issuance of a prescription. Our clinical team will assess your suitability based on the information you provide.
It is your responsibility to provide complete and truthful medical information. Providing false or misleading information may result in inappropriate treatment and the immediate termination of your account. Prescriptions issued through our service are legally valid UK prescriptions and are dispensed in accordance with applicable legislation.
We may request additional information, refer you to your GP, or decline to prescribe where we consider it necessary for your safety.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. Prices include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time; however, any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and your prescription approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery timescales thereafter are subject to the courier service selected at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Medications will be dispensed in appropriate, discreet packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive or signed-for deliveries.
You may cancel your order prior to pharmacist approval and dispatch by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been approved and dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medications in accordance with the Medicines Act 1968 and GPhC guidance. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
